Our COVID guarantee: full refund and free amendments on all bookings in 2021 and 2022

We are continuing to follow Government roadmap so that we can restart our small-group tours safely. Tours that run before 21 June will be limited to four people, the expert guide and coach driver. After 21 June numbers will increase, with no more than 12 per group. 

We will continue to follow Government advice on our tours to Ireland and Belgium, and we will review once the Government confirms its plans for international travel.


If the Government roadmap doesn't proceed at the expected speed and we have to cancel or change any tour in 2021 or 2022, we will provide a full refund or change your dates for free.



Ready for travel

The health and wellbeing of our guests and our team is of the upmost priority. 

We have achieved the Good to Go mark from Visit Britain and the Safe Travels protocol from the World Travel & Tourism Council. This means that our tours adhere to Government and public health guidance, they have been COVID risk assessed and appropriate safety processes are in place.

Here's how we are taking care of guests on every tour.


1/ Tours taking place before 21 June will be limited to 4 guests, plus our guide and bus driver. After that date, groups will include a maximum of 12 people.

2/ Our Guides will ensure that social distancing is maintained. Where a 2m distance is not possible, we will split the group to allow for safe distancing and provide face masks and hand sanitiser for your protection.

3/ We use large 17-22 seater executive minibuses for transfers between sites so the seat beside you can be empty. If you wish to self-drive between locations, we'll provide maps and guidance to get you there. 

4/ All our hotels will comply with the Covid-19 government requirements on temperature, sanitising, cleaning etc. There will be no buffet or self-service option at any venue. Whilst there will be group dining in the evenings, participation is entirely at the discretion of each customer. If you prefer to have room-service meals brought to you, that is fine with us.

5/ In the context of Government requirements and advice, we will maintain our fully-flexible booking conditions so that your deposit, balance and tour dates are fully protected. If your tour is cancelled and you want all your money back, you can have it. If you want to transfer your booking to a different date, we will do that for free if you change no more than three weeks before departure. 

6/ If you are unable to travel because of personal COVID-19 restrictions, such as infection or local lockdown, we will move your booking to a new date for free. 

7/ We never forget it is your money and once you have committed to a holiday we want you to relax and look forward to an enjoyable and rewarding experience with no concerns over financial matters.
